SoftUni is the largest and most authoritative institution for IT education in Bulgaria, helping thousands of people to kick-start their career in the field of software engineering, digital marketing and design.

Founded in 2013, SoftUni has organized hundreds of in-depth training programs, free entry-level courses and seminars, events and other educational initiatives.

The challenge

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the company was forced to go fully remote. As a result, some administrative duties were severely affected. More precisely, SoftUni had to quickly find a solution to digitize the signing of documents (i.e. contracts, PTO, sick leaves, etc.) and store them securely.
Remotionize helped SoftUni employ the right technology necessary to support a hassle-free, compliant, and effective e-signing process.

The solution

Along with the initial consultation, SoftUni benefited from the full support of the Remotionize professional team during the technical implementation.
In the end, additional online training was provided to the SoftUni HR and recruitment staff. They have now been using the Global Payroll and Compliance Manager for a little over a year, being fully compliant with the legislation requirements.
